Life insurance with accidents supplement

A life insurance policy that is always with you when you take out any of Creand’s cards.

Cover

Account

Compensation for death due to any cause between €600 and €1,200.

Transfer

Reimbursement of the amount equivalent to the total amount of the invoices charged to the card for purchases made during the 12 months prior to the date of the accident. The maximum compensation varies, depending on the type of card, between €6,000 and €12,000.

Fund

Compensation of between €90,000 and €1,200,000, depending on the type of card, in the event of fatal or disabling accidents occurring while using public transport paid for with any of the cards issued by Creand.

What to do in the event of a claim?

Report it within 15 days

 

The insured persons or beneficiaries need to notify Creand or the insurer of the claim within a maximum period of 15 days from the date on which they became aware of it.

This insurance is included for all cards, except the Cybercard and ACA Mastercard.

The insured person will be the natural or legal person who is the holder of the charge account for the use of any of the cards issued by Creand, except for those mentioned above.

The insurance will be valid from the moment the card issued by the bank is contracted and will be linked to the validity of the card, renewable annually.
