If you are already a client and you have forgotten your password, didn’t receive the SMS or if you still don’t have an online banking contract, you can contact the customer service department on (+376) 88 88 88. 

If you are not yet a client, go to any Creand branch and we will be happy to assist you. 

If you are a customer and have an online banking contract for legal accounts or with business features, the new application is not yet available because we are working to provide a better experience and for the time being you will need to keep your current banking online.

First, check to make sure that your device has push notifications enabled:

  • Apple: Settings > Notifications > Search for the Creand Online Banking app > Allow notifications;
  • Android: Settings > Notifications and status bar > Manage notifications > Search for the Creand Online Banking app and enable them.

If they are enabled, check that the device does not have “do not disturb” or “concentration” mode activated, as these modes restrict the device’s notifications.
Finally, confirm that you have internet access on your device, either Wi-Fi or mobile data available on your carrier’s phone line. Once you have confirmed these points, try to send the push notification again. If the problem persists, call +376 888 888.

You can securely retrieve your password whenever you need it. On the login screen, select the option “I can’t log in” and follow the instructions to reset your password securely. Remember Creand Crèdit Andorrà will never ask you to input your username or password via a link in an e-mail or by SMS.

If you don’t remember the validation PIN, the application allows you to retrieve it at any time you need to validate an operation. Below the space where you are asked to enter the validation PIN you will find the option “Forgot the validation PIN?” click and follow the prompts to create a new one.

This validation PIN will be used to validate transactions should it not be possible to do so using biometric data. Please remember it in case you need it again at some point.

Once you have installed the new app, you need to enable push notifications on your device and register your biometric data. You must open the push notification with your biometric data, or with the validation PIN created when you downloaded the app, in order to validate the transaction.

If the fingerprint reader or camera on your device does not work and does not support biometric validation, you will be able to validate using the validation PIN code set when you first logged in to the new online banking service.
