It’s an account that you can open and manage online, via the bank’s website or app. The entire process, including the contract signing, is completed online, without having to visit a branch.To register you only need your mobile phone, a valid identity document (ID card/Passport) and a good internet connection. Open the browser via your mobile, go to the Creand website and press on “Become a customer”. Via this link you can register your account fully online on your mobile. You can also do so by downloading the Creand Online Banking app.
It’s an ordinary account just like any other, and you can perform the usual transactions, such as:
- Receiving and making payments.
- Paying for purchases and managing bill payments.
- Making transfers.
- Doing your banking conveniently via the website or app
- And much, much more.
No, only new customers can open an online account.
The account is for new customers who are natural persons of legal age. Both residents and non-residents in Andorra (excluding temporary workers).
No, you can only register an online account with one holder. If you want to add another holder, you can visit your branch or contact your manager once you’ve activated your account.

We’ll review your application once you’ve completed the registration process. If everything is in order, you’ll receive instructions to activate your online banking and digitally sign the documentation within a maximum of 72 hours. Otherwise, one of our managers will contact you by phone.
